How do I book with you?
Once you inquire and we talk about your specific needs, I will get all your information and send over a contract and invoice. The contract will need to be signed within 24 hours, and the invoice will include the deposit. The deposit is 25% of your total session cost, and is needed to secure your appointment. You will not be booked until both contract and deposit are completed.
Do you travel?
I'm located in Kansas City, Missouri. But I can travel for an additional fee! I use Missouri state mileage to calculate charges, send me your location and we'll talk details!
When will we get our imagess back?
For regular sessions you will get a sneak peek within 24 hours, and your final gallery back within 7-10 business days.
For weddings, you will get your sneak peek within 7 business days, and final gallery within 6-8 weeks of your event.
Where will my session take place?
I have a variety of locations in my back pocket you can choose from depending on what package you get and what your vibe is! I will send a pamphlet of all my locations, addresses, and examples of photos from those locations upon booking.
What happens if I need to reschedule my session?
If you cant make it to your session, I must be notified within 24 hours of the scheduled session date. If wanting to reschedule, deposit is transferable to new date as long as it is scheduled the same day. If not notified within 24 hours of session date, deposit is forfeited.
If you want to cancel your session altogether, deposit plus any monies paid is forfeited.
Do you offer a Second-Shooter for weddings?
I do not offer a second shooter in my standard wedding package, however I do collab with an amazing videographer that can be available for an added payment.
How long will I have access to my digital gallery?
Your digital gallery through Samm Baughman Photography can be accessed for 6 months from session date. After 6 months has passed, they are permanently deleted from my computer.
If you have a personal Mobile App, your mobile app will be stored indefinitely. This is a perk of my full wedding package.
Can I order prints through you?
Absolutely! I always give a print release in all my sessions, but I also offer prints right here through my website! I have an exclusive lab that I order from, that is guaranteed to give you the highest quality and gives the most customizable experience. There is so much this lab offers! You can explore more through the shopping cart at the top right of your gallery.
Do you offer boudoir?
Yes I do! It's just not something I advertise. Send me your email and I'll send my private portfolio.
